A reception desk or small office fit-out sits at the lower end. A full restaurant or multi-level office fit-out sits higher. We quote per project based on drawings and specifications. No surprises.
Commercial projects follow your builder's program. We work backwards from your install date, fabricate in our workshop while other trades work on-site, and deliver when the space is ready. Typical fabrication lead time is 4-8 weeks depending on scope.
